The raw materials of Sanle calcium silicate board are combined with high-purity quartz powder, high-grade Portland cement, high-purity slaked lime, plant fiber and other mineral substances. After agitating and mixing calcium and silicate at a certain ratio, we make the raw materials into a wet sheet and then with one day’s high temperature high pressure treatment by advanced technology, it becomes Tobermorite, the final product. From handling the raw materials to processing semi-finished product, every procedure is under strict control to guarantee we supply high quality calcium silicate board.

Fire proof

Sanle calcium silicate board is fire-resistant building material. When fire happens, not only the starting point, but also other places where fire spreads will be damaged, and thus causes loss. Therefore the fire resistance of external wall is very important. Sanle calcium silicate board is with excellent fire resistance. In addition, it does not cause crack or stratification after fire.


Fungus proof

Sanle calcium silicate board has no any growth condition for fungus, and mildewing will not happen in any circumstance.


Resistant to insects and termite

Under 11 bar of steam curing, the Sanle calcium silicate board is very tough. Its structural property prevents insects and termite living inde the board.

Small deformation coefficient

The materials of Sanle calcium silicate board are cement, quartz powder, natural xylem fiber and other minerals. Under high temperature high pressure treatment, the calcium from the cement and the silicate from the quartz powder will react to form a new crystal "Tobermorite". It hardens within 24 hours after molding, therefore the shape of board is steady and deformation coefficient is small.

Nctions:


Sanle calcium silicate board can be used for interior and exterior wall, ceiling, floor, kitchen and toilet wall panels, materials of vessel and the subway projects, sewer separating boards in high-rise building, and even for furniture lining, fire linings, billboards, lockers board etc.


Transportation, cutting & installation


Transportation

During delivery, the boards should be piled up in the way of board-to-board, so it is suitable for sea, road and railroad transportation, and also good for indoor storage.

The panels should not be stored outdoor or any place near water. It must be stored in an even, no leakage of rain and no dust and warehouse with good ventilation. It should avoid moisture before being used. Once it is wetted, it should be cleaned up right away and dried up with good ventilation. Otherwise it may be damaged.


Cautions for transportation and storage:

1.Boards cannot be carried by one person, and the edges and comers must be well protected.

2.Two persons are needed to carry the board together. They must stretch out arms and carry the long sides of boards, and avoid bending them.

3. If thickness of the board is less than 8mm, please carry two boards each time.

4. Boards must be put on even ground. The height of each stack should be less than 800mm, and the numbers of stacks could not be more than 3.

5.The calcium silicate board can not be put loosely upright. Instead, they should be piled in good order according to their sizes and types.

6.A dry storing place without water leakage is good to ensure the outstanding performances of Sanle calcium silicate board.



Cutting

Boards can be cut manually with common handsaws. A electric disk saw is suggested if a large quantity of boards is needed to be processed at site. The cutting saw blade should be made of carbonized Tungaloy. For round or curved cutting, a scroll saw is suggested.

·Electric drills or tappers can be used for making round or square holes on surface.

·Cutting should be taken on sites with good ventilation. Operators should wear masks and use cutting equipments with dust collection system so as to protect the environment and keep healthy.


Installation of SANLE ceiling system




Processes as follows:

1.installation processes: Drawing the installation lines---fixing bolts---fixing carriers and sub keels---fixing the boards---brushing emulsion paint


2.keels installation:

a. Combine the carrier and the bolt hanger and tighten the screw to lock carrier.

b. The sub keel should be installed on the main carrier vertically, fixing sub keel hanger on the cross point between sub keel and main carrier. The U-shape part of hanger has to be twisted and hidden into the main carrier. Size deviation of the joint can not be over 2mm and the distance between sub keels is 600mm.

c. Horizontal keels installation: Distance between horizontal keels is 600mm. Please insert hangers in both ends of horizontal keels. After hanging it on the sub keels, the hangers have to be twisted and hidden into the sub keels.

d. The keels have to be installed from one side to another side of the room. If there are higher and lower ceilings, the high ones have to be installed first. When installing the keels, remember to leave some space for edge sealing to support keels horizontally. Decorate the edge with wood and brush white paint at last.


3.SANLE board installation: Before installing the boards, please make sure all keels, water pipes and electric ones have been set up. Install the SANLE boards according to staggered joints from one side to another. After finishing the full-size boards, then install the half size ones. 3mm gap should be left between boards to wall. Long side of the boards and the sub keels is expected to make a cross, making all board edges locate on the sub keels. The joint distance between SANLE Board and sub keel should be same as the next board which shares the same sub keel and 3mm gap should be left between 2 boards. Pasting supporting punched tapes on the gap after filling with putty.


4.Ceiling puttying and polishing: 3 times of puttying is needed and make sure the wall is even before brushing emulsion paint.


5.Brushing emulsion paint: The emulsion paint should be brushed for 3 times. Cracks, beats, brush marks are now allowed. Uneven place should be less than 1mm height measured by a 2m straight ruler.


Open installation ceiling system is consisted of 600*600mm SANLE thin boards (thickness 5mm or 6mm) and T-shape keels. The installation processes are as follows:

1.installation process: cleaning up base walls--fixing hanger rods--fixing main keels--fixing sub keels --- levelling of keels---fixing SANLE boards----fixing electromechanical system---water test and pressure test--- hidden project inspection--finished product protection----drawing guidelines--- acceptance inspection.


2.Construction methods:

a. Drawing the installation lines according to construction plans, and installing hanger rods.

b.Main keels installation: Using UC50 or U38 keel as the main keel ,the distance between main keels should less than 1200mm. Connecting the main keel and main keel hanger. According to designs, make an arch high of ceiling with the distance of 1/200 of shorten edge. If the main keel is not long enough, the jointed point should be set up with a stagger. Besides, it has to install hanger joints on every joint point. Remember to check the leveling frequently. If the vent pipe is bigger than the largest distance between keels, over 30*3 steel angle have to be used as keel frame.

c. T-shape sub keels installation: Around the place of lamps and ventilation outlet it is required to use T-shape reinforced keel.

d.Hidden project inspection & leveling: After finishing setting up the edge keels, check the leveling of the whole system again. Adjust the edge keels at first, and then align the sub keels according to them. If it is necessary you can adjust the main keel.

e. SANLE board installation: Choose appropriate sizes and thickness as per design. The common size is 600*600*6mm.To avoid spots, workers should wear white gloves when installing the boards.

f. Exposed ceiling grid system (keels installed outside): Combine the use of both exposed ceiling grid system and t-shape sub keels installation and put the Sanle boards into the frame formed by sub-keels by inclining 45 degrees. If there is depression bars on roof, the fixation should be done by self-tapping screw or adhesive, after installing surface board, leveling, adjusting gaps and drawing lines.


SANLE fire safety system



1.installation process: drawing lines--setting up door frame----installing top keel and floor keel---separating vertical keels according to sections---installing vertical keels----installing horizontal keels---installing SANLE board(first layer)--installing SANLE board(second layer)----dealing with joint----installing surface.


2.Draw lines according construction plan and install doors frames.


3.Installing the top keels and floor keels: Install top keels and floor keels according to the lines. Fix the keels on base walls with nails, and the distance between nails is 600mm.


4.Separating vertical keel according to sections: After installing of the top and floor keels, considering the doors and other hole positions, the specification of boards(900mm or 1200mm width) should be grouped as 450mm.


5.Installing keels: installing vertical keels according to different groups. Two ends of vertical keels should be separately installed into top and floor keel. Fix them after adjusting and leveling. Keels near walls or poles should be fastened by screws or nails, and the screw/nail distance is 1000mm.


6.Installing the horizontal keels: When walls are higher than 3m, it is required to install horizontal keels which should be fastened by nails or screws.


7.Installing the SANLE board: Check if the installation of keels and door frames are correct and suitable for Sanle board installation. Install the Sanle boards from door frame if there is any, or from the walls if there is no door frames. Sanle boards should be fastened by self-tapping screws. Distance between screws is 200mm (near walls) and 300mm (away from walls). Distance between screws and boards is no less than 10mm or no more than 16mm. When fixing screws, boards must be close to keels. Then install the electric pipes, water pipes and electric cabinet in walls, same as fire-proof, sound-proof, water-proof materials. Then it comes to the installation from the other side, with same installation method. But the gap must be staggered from the first side. The installation of second layer boards is the same, but the gap should be staggered as well.


8.Dealing with joints: There are 3 methods to deal with the SANLE board joints, bed joint, deep seam and taped seam. The processes are as follows.


Puttying: Cleaning away the dust between gaps and place putty into it, making it smooth on surface.


Pasting binding tapes: Pasting the binding materials after the puttying is finished. First scrape off a thin layer of putty, about 1mm thick and same width as the tapes. Then put the bonding tapes on it and fasten it by driving out the air inside.


Scraping the middle-layer putty: As soon as pasting the binding tapes, scrape a middle-layer putty about 80mm wider than binding tapes, thickness about 1mm, making the tapes sunk into the putty.


Flattening: Use a big scraper to fill the wedge groove and board with putty and smooth the surface.


9.Wall decoration and wall of SANLE board: Various finish of surface can be done according to requirements.;.
